Protecting your data is of the utmost importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring that your data is fully confidential, regardless of your involvement in the action or browsing.

In order to meet the goals for which it was established, the service contains information about our activities and enables the collection of donations. We only process personal data provided by the payment operator in support of our activities. Donors' personal data will be processed only for the purpose of making a donation.

We collect personal data in connection with our website activities in accordance with the principles of legality, purpose limitation, limited processing, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

We collect personal data for limited, specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not process it further in a way incompatible with those purposes.

In connection with our account on the social network Facebook, we process the personal data of users who visit our profile on this portal.

The above personal data is processed by us for the purpose of:

  • building our own brand through social networking accounts - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1(f) of the GDPR) in building our brand through social networking sites.
  • For analytical and statistical purposes, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1(f) of the GDPR) to carry out analyses of users' activities and preferences in order to improve the functionalities and services provided;

We will process your personal data to:

  • inform you of the details of the event;
  • present the attendance list to our partners and sponsors;
  • be able to identify the participants of the event,
  • make appropriate reimbursements.

 

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Your consent to the processing of the data (Article 6 section 1(a) of the GDPR) provided on the application form: name, mailing address, contact details (e-mail and telephone number), membership of the organisation, signature,
